Ever feel like your boss takes things a little too seriously? Well, it may be harder to be anything but a bit lighter-hearted when meeting around this unique variant of the classic conference table.

Created by and for Duffy London, four slim posts support this table and the rails from which each suspended seat freely swings. As you can imagine, there’s a built-in limitation to just how much fun you can have on this “swing set.”

Do more than a little leg-dangle, and you’ll be in danger of slamming yourself right into the edge of the table. So clearly, it’s for the best that this is designed as a conference table for workplaces full of adults, and not homes where children might be too tempted to resist going ham.

The aesthetic manages to be smooth and professional but also industrial and fun, all angles and lines, white and wood, but beneath (or beyond) that overt class the functionality of a backyard swing set.

It’s handmade by local artisans and in-house craftsmen using walnut and oak from forests managed by the Forest Stewardship Council.
