Deskhouse: Home-Shaped, Two-Sided Workspace for Kids

Cute but quite functional, the Deskhouse is as the name suggests: a house-shaped desk that looks very much like a childhood sketch of a dwelling with a peaked roof capped with a simple chimney.

From KidsLoveDesign, the object serves multiple quintessentially child-oriented functions, as play fort, tilted drawing surface, and the chimney acts as storage for pens, pencils, crayons and markets.

“Play table or desk with its solid oak chimney [the Deskhouse] is the perfect combination of fun and practicality … to¬†show your child the pleasure of reading, drawing, and sharing. At the same time, it is the perfect playhouse, to be lived under and played with.”
